It is our belief that everybody has the right to be treated as an individual and with respect and dignity.

We further believe that each individual should be given the opportunity to be supported to promote a level of independence in line with their age and ability. To be given the opportunity to follow their culture, religion and choice of life style without fear of prejudice.

It is also our belief that, living in a residential establishment does not exclude you from being part of the community and we believe although on occasions the residents liberty may be restricted due to their medical condition, nobody should be deprived of their liberty unless it is in the interest of their safety, or in line with the law of the land.
